- Let us know by contacting us via Profile > Support > Live Chat
- Then message the venue on the app to apologise and let them know you’re on the way. You can message the employer by clicking on the shift in your booked shifts under ‘My Jobs’ and selecting ‘Message’ in the top right corner.
Please note: You will only be able to message the employer once your job is booked. We suggest only message an employer in the absolute emergency as any important information about the job should have been included on the job details screen. If in doubt, please contact us by visiting the support section in the app.
