A Flexer hasn’t turned up. Will I have to pay the original fee despite their absence?

No. In the rare instance, a Flexer is absent from a booked shift, you will not have to pay them; they will also be given a strike. If they work fewer hours than originally booked, you will only have to pay for those worked hours. Please remember to mark any absent Flexers as no-shows on the app, and edit and approve the timesheet accordingly.
