Who is the Flex Client app designed for?
It’s designed specifically with Indeed Flex clients’ needs in mind and offers a user-friendly way for site managers to complete their day-to-day tasks, without having to sit at a desk or come into the office on their day off.

When can I expect more features on the Flex Client app?
We’ve got more exciting features on the way to give you everything you need all in one app.

Can I access the Reports tab from the Flex Client app?
As the Flex Client app is designed to be a quick and easy way to post and manage your shifts, we felt the Reports tab was better placed on the web portal.
Can I view the My Staff tab on the Flex Client app?
Not yet! There is a Workers tab where you can see all the workers booked onto your posted shifts and you can still offer a job to all the workers in your pool.
You can also add any workers you’ve been impressed with to your worker pool by rating them 5 stars. This is a great way to empower the worker and boost retention.
Is the QR scanner available on the Flex Client app?
Our data told us that this function wasn’t being utilised, and so we’ve prioritised other functions that you find useful.
We’d love to hear from you if you want this function to return, and can add it to the roadmap if there is a demand for it.
