These roles range from waiting staff to chefs, warehouse operatives to retail assistants, cleaners and beyond. At Indeed Flex, there’s something to suit everyone.

Yes – we provide temp roles and shift work, but we also provide long-term and temp-perm roles, dependent on the employer. In fact, we’ve chosen to highlight this on the job cards you’ll see within the app. For example, you’ll see ‘Long-term’ at the bottom of some of them.

But even if you’re working short-term temp roles, or shift to shift, you can still use this as a long-term career solution, as employers may add you to their talent pool – meaning they’ll pick  you again and again for roles.

Ultimately, we cater to different lifestyles and needs, so you can choose how to shape your career.

Yes, there are plenty of roles on the app that don’t require you to have years of experience or a specific skill set – roles such as picker packer, retail assistant, kitchen porter, general staff, sales support, and so on.

You can start in these roles, then work your way up as you gain more experience.

We have jobs nationwide – spanning the whole of the UK.

We’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible:

We try to make it as simple as possible to join Indeed Flex. However, as a minimum, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have relevant Right To Work documents
• Have a smartphone, as we’re an app-based service
• Have a registered UK bank account

You get verified by successfully completing a one-time interview with an Indeed Flex recruiter, during which you’ll need to provide the correct Right to Work documents and confirm your skills and experience relevant to the role you’ve applied for.

Verification enables you to freely browse and book jobs, provided they’re available in your area and match your preferences.

There are five things you need to consider before interview:

• Ensure you have downloaded the app and set up your profile.
• Remember to bring your Right to Work documents (usually your passport, proof of National Insurance number, or share code)
• Appearance: dress to impress. If you’re going for a hospitality role, wear what you’d wear for the job. If in doubt, a plain white shirt and dark trousers are ‘safe’.
• Be prepared to discuss your skills and experience relative to the role you’ve applied for – are there any past examples which show that you’re the right person for the job?
• Be ready to ask some questions about the role. It shows you’re interested and really want it.

We offer Instant Pay – allowing you to access up to 70% of your earnings immediately after working a shift, with the remainder paid a week in arrears, as standard.

On top of this, we offer bonus opportunities through Refer a Friend, regular prize draws, seasonal pay increases, and free training for certain roles.

Our Flexers are paid a week in arrears for all shifts they complete, with payment made to the account details they have populated into the app under ‘Profile’. Payments are made on a Friday.

However, our Flexers also have the option to use our Instant Pay service, which allows them to access up to 70% of their wages paid immediately after a shift, with any outstanding earnings paid through payroll a week in arrears as standard.
