Describe the environment at Indeed Flex in three words

Can you tell us a little bit more about your day-to-day role?
As a Talent Management Associate, I play a crucial role in supporting employee onboarding and development at Indeed Flex.
My responsibilities include monitoring internal training progress, analyzing training data, developing new learning initiatives, organizing training materials, reviewing job hiring requisitions, managing pipelines, conducting interviews, and facilitating our induction program. Key to achieving this is building strong relationships with stakeholders across all of our teams in the UK and US.
What is the favorite part of your typical workday?
Collaborating with my team and internal teams to streamline processes, and supporting them in their personal development. I also love working with the new hires and providing guidance and support 🙂
How do you feel your role contributes to the overall success of the company?
My role contributes ambition, drive, and change to the team and company. I think that constantly working to improve and disrupt ‘what was’ to ‘what is’ constitutes success.
Can you share some examples of how our company culture is reflected in your daily work?
One team strengthened by our uniqueness – constantly working with internal teams to collaborate and gain different perspectives and ideas. People first – developing and guiding our colleagues to whatever they need, through inclusivity.
What are some unique or interesting aspects of your role that potential candidates might not expect?
Some unique/interesting aspects are tapping into your creative, problem-solving skills. The ability to transform certain processes and ideas into something bigger and greater is something we take for granted. Things can be stagnant, but the ability to develop one thing into something even bigger is not what I expected to find, coming into this role. Developing and networking with external/internal colleagues is very interesting and unique as well.
What are some things you enjoy about the working environment?
The people. The people that work at Flex are the reason I’m motivated to strive for myself, the company and others. The “come as you are” type of vibe at Flex. We aren’t your typical suit-and-tie company – it’s literally a case of coming as you are, as who you are. Doesn’t matter if you’re the CEO or an associate, everyone is respected at the same level and looked upon in the same regard.
What are some company perks or benefits that you find particularly valuable?
Company perks I find valuable are the amount of PTO (Paid Time Off) we have, and the medical benefits as well.
Does your role offer opportunities to learn and grow professionally?
Absolutely! Even though I’m in a role where I support in developing others, my team, manager and the role itself push me to learn new things every day!

The combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and people-focused initiatives makes this role both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
