Can you tell us a little bit more about your day-to-day role?
My role is to interview potential Flexers, managing the Driver recruitment team, which includes responding to any queries etc. Through our BeAFlexpert program, I also support our internal team across the company to understand more about what we do in the Flexer Expansion team.
What is the favorite part of your typical workday?
Helping the wider team with any queries about our driver processes, interviewing drivers and getting them booked onto inductions and shifts.
How do you feel your role contributes to the overall success of the company?
I help people get jobs! Without the Flexer Expansion team, we wouldnt be able to interview candidates to be able to help Indeed Flex, our Clients, and most importantly get people jobs.
What are some things you enjoy about the working environment?
Working with my colleagues in the office can be very entertaining at times, and we are based in a lovely office.
Does your role offer opportunities to learn and grow professionally?
