With the Indeed Flex platform you have the option to hire temporary staff on demand. Let’s look at how you can achieve this on the desktop app.
Go to your Indeed Flex account and select the Schedule tab.
Next, hit the Offer button.
The drop-down menu offers 3 options:
- Let Indeed Flex do the work
- Offer to my staff
- Browse individuals
Let Indeed Flex do the work is the fastest way to fill shifts. This will offer the job to every available staff member with the required skills.
Offer to my staff shows the job to all workers in your Flexer pool. This is a great way to offer jobs primarily to your favourite returning workers.
Click on the Browse Individuals option. You will be redirected to a screen that displays all available staff with the required skills.
On the left side of the screen, you can view each Worker Profile.
Select the chosen employees and click the Offer to selected button in the upper right corner. The first to accept the shift will get the job.
If none of the selected workers accept the shift, you can re-offer the job using one of the other options.
