Hotel Receptionist

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Hotel Receptionist - Leeds (LS2)

Pay: £14.24 per hour (inclusive of £1.53 holiday pay)

Shift patterns: 11 pm - 6 am | Requires flexibility across both weekdays and weekends

We're looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to support our client in Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Execute all customer-facing rental operations.
• Perform demonstrations to support lead conversion.
• Ensure every interaction and every customer moment is delivered to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service role.
• Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Must be available to work weekends
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation, verbal and written skills.
