Cleaner

Domestic Assistant / Cleaner - Clitheroe (BB7)

Pay: £14.24 per hour (includes £1.53 holiday pay)

Shifts: 10am - 6pm

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Cleaners to join our team for shifts at a healthcare facility in Clitheroe. Please note, you must complete a DBS Standard for this position.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Carry out routine, deep, clinical and infection-control cleaning.
• Clean floors, carpets, wards and other designated areas.
• Safely handle waste and cleaning chemicals in line with procedures.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and infection-control procedures.
• Report accidents, hazards, incidents and faulty equipment.
• Serve food to patients as required.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Cleaner.
• Must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must complete a DBS Standard for this position.
• Team player.
• Great communication skills.
