Warehouse Administrator

Pay: £15.54 per hour (inclusive of £1.67 holiday pay)

Shifts: Monday - Friday | 10:30am - 7pm

Job type: Full-time

Location: Normanton, WF6

About the role

We're looking for an experienced administrator with experience working in a warehouse environment to support our client's operations at their site in Normanton.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise the Warehouse Management System to manage and manipulate warehouse data and create work for the Picking Team.
• Use Microsoft Excel to input, analyse and maintain accurate warehouse data.
• Review and interpret system information to ensure picking activities are planned and prioritised effectively.
• Accurately process information and maintain data integrity across relevant systems.
• Read, understand and respond confidently to emails, communicating effectively with warehouse teams and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data or system discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing warehouse information.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a warehouse administrator role.
• Good understanding of warehouse management systems.
• Ability to use Excel.
• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the UK
