Hygiene Operative - Long Term Opportunity - Weekly Pay

Salary: £14.92 per hour (inclusive of £1.61 holiday pay)

Shifts: 10am - 3pm | Monday - Friday

About the role

There will be a 2 week trial for this position, after which if successful the opportunity is for a long-term assignment with the site.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across canteen areas, including floors, tables, surfaces, and communal spaces.
• Complete all cleaning duties to the required schedule, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including the correct use of PPE, cleaning equipment, and chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines.
• Accurately complete cleaning records and report any maintenance issues, hazards, incidents, or incomplete tasks to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company and client policies, maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to workplace safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working as a hygiene operative/ cleaner in an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
• Must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
