Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Forklift Driver - Irthlingborough (NN9)

Pay: £15.04 per hour (including £1.62 holiday pay)

Shift Pattern: 7am – 3pm | Monday – Friday | Occasional weekend work may be required

We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers to join our client's busy operation in Irthlingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production and warehouse operations.

Please note, you will be required to hold a Counterbalance Forklift Licence for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

The role combines counterbalance forklift truck operation with production duties.

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Moving products throughout the factory and preparing goods for warehouse dispatch.
• Packing products and assembling packaging to required standards.
• Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Stacking finished products onto pallets in the correct configuration.
• Completing online production and quality checks.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Reach Forklift Licence (in addition to the Counterbalance Licence is desirable)
• Minimum 6 months' working as a Forklift Driver
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Comfortable standing and working for extended periods
• Must be aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK
