Lead Chef

Lead Chef - Bristol (BS11)

Pay: £22.99 per hour (inclusive of £2.48 holiday pay)

Shifts: 12pm - 7pm | Flexible

We're looking for an experienced Lead Chef to join our team for shifts in Bristol.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient, compliant food service in line with Food Safety & Health & Safety standards
• Deliver high-quality food
• Manage menu preparation and order supplies from approved vendors
• Prepare and package food according to company Food Safety procedures
• Handle transactions accurately, including pricing, cash control, and record-keeping
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet operational targets
• Support the Manager in tracking performance and implementing improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Lead Chef.
• Must be 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK
• Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen Awareness certification
• Confidence to step into busy kitchens and deliver high standards
