Chefs de Partie - Newcastle (NE1)

Pay: £19.31 per hour (inclusive of £2.08 holiday pay)

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Chefs de Partie to join our team and support our client in Newcastle.

• Support the kitchen team to deliver a smooth service, especially during busy periods.
• Run a section which could include larder, grill or sauce.
• Support in preparing and cooking food.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months’ experience working as a Chef de Partie
• Must be 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK
• Food Safety Level 2 & Allergen Awareness certification
• Confidence to step into busy kitchens and deliver high standards
