Learn how to rate workers and build your talent pool on the Indeed Flex platform.
Go to the Timesheets tab and select a rating out of five.
A five-star rating will automatically add a worker to your pool – meaning they get first pick of your shifts.
You can also select skills to help your worker build out their verified Flexer profile.
If you rate a worker under four stars, they will be taken off all your future shifts and won’t be able to apply to work for you again.
If you’ve had an agency worker on your shift, you can mark them as Preferred.
