With our Individual Booking Toggle, you can specify who you wish to work shifts for you .
Let’s look at how to do it on the desktop app.
After finishing the job and uniform descriptions, select the number of workers.
Change the number of workers using the arrows.
If you’re happy with different workers filling each shift, leave the Individual Booking toggle on.
This helps new users who haven’t yet built up a significant worker pool.
Turn the toggle off to have the same individual work each shift.
If you need more than one person to work on certain days but still want consistent workers where possible:
First turn the toggle on, and enter the number of workers needed.
If you then turn the toggle off you’ll have the same staff on each shift, plus extra workers on days when you need them.
Then continue to post the job as normal.
