We are looking for Receptionists who are passionate about offering exceptional customer service! This includes answering phone calls and enquiries, great communication skills between the business and their clients, setting up appointments, record keeping, and other tasks that may be requested. 

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Basic computer or tablet knowledge for daily tasks that may require it

  • Experience in front office is beneficial but not essential

  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service 

  • Understanding and sensitivity towards the customer and their needs

  • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned

  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms

  • Strong communication skills
