Our client is currently seeing flexible support workers to assist in overseeing the support of young adults (16-18) leaving care and working towards a more independent life. You will encourage and oversee daily tasks to provide guidance in completing daily tasks.
Due to the nature of the work, shift patterns could be either daytime, evening or night shifts and will sometimes be in a 1:1 format. Successful candidates will have the experience and supportive nature to work unsupervised.
In order to work these roles at Syft, you will be required to show evidence of the following:
Level 2 NVQ in health and social care (or equivilent)
(Minumum) 1 year experience in Social care roles with approved references
5 years references (can include school)
Complete an enhanced DBS check or provide information on your registration to the update service
