This position will help set up payment plans, document account issues, restore services for customers, and other tasks related to collection services. Must be able to listen, multi-task, and offer solutions to upset customers.We provide paid training and continuing education to advance your skills. No certifications or degrees are required! Applicants should have excellent verbal communication skills. The position requires regular attendance and punctuality.

Duties include:

  • Make outbound collection calls
  • Represent clients in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while working to exceed customer and company expectations
  • Follow provided processes and procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using the designated tracking software
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  • Manage time effectively in order to obtain performance criteria objectives


  • Collections/Cold Calling Experience Preferred
  • Able to de-escalate upset customers
  • Computer Proficiency and Multiscreen Navigation Experience
  • Must be able to type at least 25 wpm
  • Proper phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and accurately with proper grammar
  • Have a friendly and positive approach to difficult conversations
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Multitasking capabilities with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking consecutive customer calls and talking for the duration of your shift
  • Sitting or standing at work-station for the duration of your shift

Work From Home Requirements: 

  • A quiet dedicated workspace
  • A Mac or a PC. Chromebooks are NOT authorized for this position
  • An external Keyboard and Mouse or the ability to acquire them (if you are not able to acquire them, equipment may be provided for you
  • Either a desktop or a laptop running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10/OS X Yosemite 10.10 or later
  • Direct/wired internet connection (ethernet cable), we do not allow wireless connections for work due to potential inconsistency in connection strength
  • Internet Download speed of 25 Mbps or greater (please confirm this at speedtest.net before applying) 
  • A webcam

Required Schedule:

  • The client operates 7 days per week, schedules vary
  • Training is virtual and lasts 3 weeks starting August 2nd (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • The weekly schedule will be finalized after training. The weekly schedules are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • One late night shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM is required a week.
  • You will need to work at least one alternating weekend from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Paid, Mandatory Orientation 7/30.
