We are looking for experienced Housekeepers to work at some of Dallas’ most prestigious hotels and venues. A Housekeepers role is to ensure a clean and orderly environment for the hotel’s guests. They will be allocated a set number of rooms per shift that they are to complete a full clean and re-stock. It is important that the Housekeeper has good time management skills and work well under pressure as Housekeeping can be a very demanding role.

Role Responsibilities: 

To ensure the establishment is kept tidy in a timely manner by completing the following duties: 

  • Thorough cleaning of rooms including vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. Following a step by step approach to make sure every room is completed to the clients requirements

  • Cleaning of communal areas (rooms, corridors, service areas and lifts)

  • Replace guest amenities and supplies as necessary 

  • Working within a team and communicating accordingly to ensure all tasks are completed

  • To use all cleaning products and materials correctly and with care

Experience Needed: Experience is dependent upon client. Some hotels will request for the Housekeeper to have previous Housekeeping experience within a hotel, other hotels will be happy to provide the first 3 – 5 days as training with on of their supervisors. If the role is ongoing they are usually happy to train however if it is a couple of days they will require a candidate with experience. Other skills preferred include: ability to adapt to different situations, good customer service skills, reliability, organizational skills, integrity, and honesty.
