Replenishment Assistant

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
*Plus Holiday pay accrued at 12.07%

Shift Options: 10pm - 8am

We’re looking for friendly and proactive individuals who love helping people and can work effectively as part of a team. Your main responsibility will be to restock products on the shelves with care and efficiency, ensuring everything is presented to the highest standard. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace and be willing to learn to use new technology and gadgets to carry out your role effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and correctly.
• Assist with other store tasks such as cleaning and organising to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Support colleagues and customers with a helpful and positive attitude.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to complete the Sainsbury’s Health and Safety Certification (paid training), which is required before starting shifts. This training is embedded in our app and takes around 30 minutes to complete.
