Forklift Driver – Nights

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Forklift Drivers - £14.45/hr - Wellingborough (NN9)

Salary: £14.45 per hour (inclusive of £1.56 holiday pay)

Shift Patterns: 11pm - 7am | Long term assignment | Some weekend work required

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to support our client’s supply to line operations in Wellingborough. In this role, you will be required to:

• Facilitate the movement of products through the factory, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to the warehouse.
• Assemble packaging and pack products in line with technical standards and customer requirements.
• Visually inspect products and finished packs to ensure all specifications, codes, and quality standards are met.
• Stack finished products on high-quality pallets, following the correct pallet configuration.
• Complete required online checks as instructed by the Line Minder or Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Operating in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Participate in performance discussions.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Counterbalance Licence and Reach Licence
• Minimum 6 months experience working as a Forklift Driver.
• You must be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Able to lift 25kg.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
