What if I need additional support or an interpreter for my interview?

Don’t worry, we’re here to help you in any way we can. We want you to find the flexible work you’re looking for as soon as possible. Firstly, continue with your application and select an onboarding session (at least 14 days from the date of your email to support) from one of the time slots available. Then reach out by visiting the support section in the app to arrange assistance from one of our experienced colleagues - whether you need an interpreter, are hard of hearing, are sight impaired, or have another need, just let us know. Please include the date and time of your interview and the support you require, and we’ll be in touch.
