If the in-app scanner isn’t working, you can clock in manually at the bottom of your QR Code screen. However, manual clock in records are not guaranteed to be paid weekly because the specific records will need to be confirmed with employers.

If your phone is out of battery or there is no network in the workplace, you can amend your hours after the shift in the ‘Weekly Pay’ section on your profile. Please note that this may result in delayed payment as the client needs to confirm the hours.
