Once you are booked onto a shift, you can message the employer by clicking on the shift in your booked shifts under ‘My Jobs’ and selecting Message in the top right corner. Please ensure you have read all information in the description of the job before asking the employer any questions.
For any cancellation or late arrival, you SHOULD contact our support team instead.
