Once the Flexer has completed their shift, you’ll need to give them a rating out of 5 stars. This not only boosts worker engagement but also puts your top-rated workers into a worker pool.
Your worker pool gives you instant access to your preferred Flexers, ensuring you get the very best talent, it also incentivizes those Flexers to keep coming back.
