We’ve added a ‘Timesheet pending’ tag to highlight which job postings need their timesheets approved.
This is in place to remind you to review your timesheets so you get charged correctly, and to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting. It’s also a good time to rate your workers; boost your retention rate and continue building strong relationships.

Live worker updates are now available at the click of a button. Look through your job roles, candidates, job description and make any necessary updates through the ‘Actions’ menu with speed.
Immediately open the new Jobs page by tapping a job ticket on the ‘Schedule’ tab, and you can navigate between days via the calendar menu.

Not at all! We’ve ensured a smooth transition by carrying over all of your live shifts automatically, you don’t need to do anything.

Log in to the Indeed Flex desktop platform as normal, and you’ll find the Schedule tab along the top menu.
