Can you tell us a little bit more about your day-to-day role?
My role is to analyze Flexer Insights data, conduct surveys, and collaborate with our Product and Functional teams to make well-informed decisions to drive positive change for our Flexers.
This involves diving deep into projects designed to drive that change, taking part in collaborative meetings with several internal stakeholders and talking to Flexers daily to improve their user experience.
How do you feel your role contributes to the overall success of the company?
As our work leads to the collection and reporting of insights to share with both the Functional and Product teams, to guide their decisions, we can deliver the reasoning behind major strategic company decisions.
This enables us to improve shifts, and the services we offer (product features, UX, and support functions). It also supports us in identifying new potential business for Indeed Flex to win!
Can you share some examples of how our company culture is reflected in your daily work?
Everyone is fast and flexible in getting back to requests for help or support.
How has the company helped you to develop your skills, particularly when dealing with challenges at work?
Every project throws up new challenges, but if support is needed it’s never out of reach. My manager quickly reviewed my slides for a recent project, and gave me prompts and feedback very quickly on any necessary improvements, which ultimately allowed me to deliver a very high-quality piece of work.
What advice would you give to someone considering this role/team?
Go into every day with a smile on your face, and a hunger to deliver. Never be afraid to share an idea, as it could lead to a major change.
