Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus

Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus
The Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus seeks to reward Flexers (the ‘Referrer’) who refer their friends (the ‘Claimant’) to complete a shift for Indeed Flex. Once a Claimant has completed their first shift, both the Referrer and Claimant will each receive a Referral Bonus of £40.
To qualify for the Referral Bonus:
  • The Referrer must share their Unique Referral Code, which can be found within their Indeed Flex app profile.
  • The Claimant must redeem the Referrer’s Unique Referral Code before they commence their first shift.
  • Once a Unique Referral Code has been redeemed, the Claimant has thirty (30) days to complete their first shift.
  • Once the Claimant has completed their first shift, the Claimant will receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment in the next available payroll.
  • The Referrer must complete at least one (1) shift before they receive their £40 Referral Bonus payment. Once a shift is completed, any outstanding Referral Bonus payments will be made in the next available payroll.
  • The Referral Bonus scheme is live from 00:00:01 on 31st March 2022 until 23:59:59 on 31st March 2023.
  • There is no limit to the number of Claimants a Referrer can refer.
  • If either the Referrer or Claimant receives a ban during the incentive period, they (individually) will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Referrers and Claimants must remain verified at the time of payout.
  • All bonuses are subject to tax. Any payment queries aligned to the Friends of Flexer’s Referral Bonus should be made by 30th April 2023 via email. All queries will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Sainsbury’s Driver Shift Completion Bonus 2022 across additional stores

  • This shift completion bonus is valid from 19th December 2022 at 00:00:01 to 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period).
  • This bonus is only open to Flexers that complete driver shifts for Sainsbury’s stores located in the following UK locations:

  • Flexers must complete a minimum of five (5) Delivery Driver shifts across selected Sainsburys (“Qualifying Store Shifts”) through Indeed Flex between 19th December 2022 at 00:00:01 and 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period) to receive a £100 Bonus. 
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Store Shifts they complete:
    • £100 after the completion of 5 shifts
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the Qualifying Store Shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • The bonus will be paid on 20th January 2023 via payroll and is subject to tax. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 20th January 2023 less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • Any payment queries aligned to the Sainsbury’s Delivery Driver Shift Completion Bonus should be made by 28th February 2023 via email to [email protected]
  • During the promotional period, you must maintain a rating over 4 stars. 
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this bonus at any time in its sole discretion.
  • You must not be banned at the time of the payout on the 20th January 2023. If you are banned at the payout date, you will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Flexers will have until 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of Qualifying Store Shifts are completed after 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59, you will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

 

UPS Shift Completion Incentive – Earn a £75 rewards voucher operated by Tango Card

  • This incentive is valid from 21st November 2022  00:00:01 to 31st December 2022, 23:59:59 GMT (the “Promotional Period”)
  • This incentive is only open to Flexers (defined below) that complete Warehouse Operative shifts for UPS, Tamworth, B78 1BF, UK.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of five (5) Warehouse Operative shifts at UPS, Tamworth (“Qualifying Shifts”)  through Indeed Flex during the Promotional Period to receive a £75 rewards voucher operated by Tango card.
  • The incentive is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This incentive can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • Incentives will be distributed on 9th January 2023 via online voucher sent by email to the Flexer’s email address. 
  • Vouchers must be redeemed by Flexers via the tangocard.com website. 
  • Any voucher queries aligned to the UPS Warehouse Operative shift completion incentive should be made by 31st January 2023 via email to [email protected]
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • During the Promotional Period, you must remain a Flexer in good standing. 
  • You must not be banned at the time of the payout on the 9th January 2023. If you are banned at the payout date, you will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Flexers will have until 31st December 2022, 23:59:59 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after 31st December 2022, 23:59:59, they will not be eligible for the full voucher amount, or any portion thereof.

  • This bonus is valid from 8th November 2022 at 00:00:01 to 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period).

Full Terms & Conditions

  • Flexers must complete a minimum of five (5) Delivery Driver shifts across selected Sainsburys and/or Argos stores (“Qualifying Store Shifts”) through Indeed Flex between 8th November 2022 at 00:00:01 and 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period) to receive a £100 Bonus. 
  • Complete an additional five (5) or more Qualifying Store Shifts (minimum ten shifts combined)  through Indeed Flex between 8th November 2022 at 00:00:01 and 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period) to receive an additional £150 bonus. 
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Store Shifts they complete:
    • £100 after the completion of 5 shifts
    • £150 after the completion of 5 additional shifts
  • (The maximum bonus payment a Flexer can receive is £250).
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the Qualifying Store Shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • The bonus will be paid on 20th January 2023 via payroll and is subject to tax. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on 20th January 2023 less applicable taxes and withholdings.

Indeed Flexer Festive Prize Draw

You may enter the Indeed Flexer Festive Prize Draw 2022 by following the below instructions:

  • Complete one (1) or more shifts through Indeed Flex between 31st October 2022 at 00:00:01 and 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period). You must Clock in and Clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on.  You will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every shift completed during the promotional period. 

You may also send an email with the subject line ‘Indeed Flexer Festive Prize Draw Entry’ from the email address you have registered to your active Indeed Flex account to [email protected] to receive one (1) free entry into the draw. One (1) free entry per person. 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • During the promotional period, you must maintain a rating over 4 stars. 
  • You must not be banned at the time of the live draw on the 13th January 2023 (draw date). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the promotional period will become void.
  • The winner must still be verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.

Drawing/Prizes

  • The live draw will take place on 13th January 2023. All winners will be notified by the 17th January 2023. Payment of monetary prizes will be made on the 20th January 2023.
  • A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.
  • The total prize pool consists of 27 prizes to be awarded to 27 different winners:
    • 5 first place prizes of £2,000 (total prize value £10,000)
    • 3 second place prizes of Carrera Crosscity Folding Electric Bikes (£949 each, total prize value £2,847)
    • 4 third place prizes of Macbook Pro 13” Laptop Computers (£1,349 each, total prize value £5,396)
    • 5 fourth place prizes of Beats Studio Buds (£159 each, total prize value £795)
    • 5 fifth place prizes of £100 Amazon Vouchers (total prize value £500)
    • 5 sixth place prizes of £50 Uber Vouchers (total prize value £250)

Indeed Flex will pay the PAYE contribution for the five first-place prizes of £2,000. Winners of Beats Studio Buds or Macbook Pro 13” will be required to confirm delivery to an address of their choice within 30 days of notification. Winners of Electric bicycles will be required to arrange a collection at their nearest Halfords store. 

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. To enter, you must complete one (1) or more shifts through Indeed Flex between 31st October 2022 at 00:00:01 to 31st December 2022 at 23:59:59 (the promotional period). You will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every shift completed during the promotional period.
  2. During the promotional period, you must maintain a rating of over 4 stars.
  3. If you are banned on or before the draw date, you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of 31st October 2022 to 31st December 2022.
  4. If you have signed a full-time contract with Indeed Flex HQ in London, you are NOT eligible for this bonus scheme.
  5. Employees or agencies of Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex employees, their family members, or anyone connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Indeed Flex Festive Prize Draw.
  6. Only one worker account per person. Indeed Flexers with duplicate accounts are not allowed.
  7. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete for any technical or other reason. 
  8. Winners will be chosen at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on 13th January 2023 (draw date). The winner must still be verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.
  9. All winners will be announced and notified by email by 17th January 2023. If a winner does not respond to Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex within 30 days of being notified, their prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner.
  10. Entrants into the Indeed Flexer Festive Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  12. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  13. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

  15.   • The Claimant must have completed all of their first three (3) shifts between 00:00:01 on 1st August 2022 until 23:59:59 on 30th September 2022. Claimants that have completed a first shift prior to the period referenced will be ineligible for this additional bonus.
  • Once the Claimant has completed their third shift, the Claimant and Referrer will receive their additional £20 Referral Bonus payments in the next available payroll.

Delivery Driver Referral Program – £100 bonus

The Delivery Driver Referral Bonus seeks to reward Flexers (the ‘Referrer’) who refer their friends (the ‘Claimant’) to complete a shift for Indeed Flex. Once a Claimant has completed their first shift, both the Referrer and Claimant will each receive a Referral Bonus of £100.
To qualify for the Referral Bonus:
  • The Referrer must share their Unique Referral Code, which can be found within their Indeed Flex app profile.
  • The Claimant must redeem the Referrer’s unique Referral Code before they commence their first shift.

  • The first shift must be completed as a Delivery Driver
  • The Referrer must complete at least one (1) shift before they receive their £100 Referral Bonus payment. Once a shift is completed, any outstanding Referral Bonus payments will be made in the next available payroll.
  • There is no limit to the number of Claimants a Referrer can refer.
  • If either the Referrer or Claimant receives a ban during the incentive period, they (individually) will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Referrers and Claimants must remain verified at the time of payout.

Flex Summer Draw 2022

To be eligible for the Indeed Flex 2022 Summer Draw, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Complete 1 or more shifts through Indeed Flex from 1st July 2022 to August 31st 2022. (Dates inclusive)
  • You will receive one (1) entry for every shift completed between 1st July – 31st August 2022.
  • Maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.
  • During the promotional period, you must maintain a rating over 4*.
  • Must not be banned at the time of the final draw – (all entries will become void)

Each entry provides the worker with an opportunity to win one prize from a prize pool inclusive of 5 x £1,000 and 5 x £250 tax-free cash bonuses.

  1. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The live draw will take place on 9th September 2022. The winner must be still verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.
  2. The winning entries will be paid their cash prizes via payroll on the 30th of September 2022.
  3. If you are banned/unverified as of 31st August 2022 you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of 1st July 2022 to 31st August 2022.
  4. All reward winners will be announced and notified by email on or before 9th September 2022. If a winner does not respond to Indeed Flex within 30 days of being notified by Indeed Flex, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner.

Delivery Driver Bonus – Earn as you work up to 40 shifts

Earn up to £1,500 in bonuses for completing Delivery Driver shifts at specified UK locations from 1st March 2022 until 31st May 2022.

Each time you complete a set of 10 Delivery Driver shifts during our incentive period, up to a maximum of 40 shifts, you will earn a bonus:

  • Complete your first set of 10 shifts – earn a £200 bonus
  • Complete your second set of 10 shifts (20 in total) – earn an additional £300 bonus
  • Complete your third set of 10 shifts (30 in total) – earn an additional £400 bonus
  • Complete your fourth set of 10 shifts (40 in total) – earn an additional £600 bonus

The maximum bonus payout per Flexer = £1,500

Qualifying Criteria
To qualify, you must meet all requirements set out below.

Payments

We keep a record of the number of shifts you completed during this period and the equivalent number of tickets you have for the draw.

If you have signed the full-time contract with Indeed Flex HQ in London you are NOT eligible for this bonus scheme.

  1.   2. If you are suspended on or before 21st January 2022, you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of 26th October to 31st  December 2021.
  3. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The live draw will take place on Friday 21st January 2022. The winner must be still verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.
  4. All reward winners will be announced and notified by email on or before 26th January 2022. If a winner does not respond to Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex within 30 days of being notified by Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner.
  5. Employees or agencies of Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Indeed Flex Christmas Prize Draw.
  6. Entrants into the Indeed Flex Christmas Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Only one worker account per person. Indeed Flexers with duplicate accounts are not allowed.
  8. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  10. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

  14. Syft Online Limited T/A Indeed Flex shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The Indeed Flex Perks scheme powered by Collective will launch on 18th October 2021. Indeed Flex will use your shift count from 13th September – 11th October 2021 to calculate your first 6 weeks eligibility. The following months will be calculated per calendar month from 1st December 2021. 

Access to Collective is based on the number of completed shifts. Cancelled shifts are not counted. You can view how many shifts you have completed by heading to your Profile –> Earnings –> Total Earnings.

If you have met the criteria above for either the SILVER or GOLD tier, you will have access to Collective from 18th October – 30th November. You will receive details directly from Collective via text and email on 18th October, giving you the option to sign up. This is completely free, so we encourage you to take full advantage. If you have not met the above criteria, your eligibility will be reassessed on 30th November. If you are then eligible, you will receive your onboarding communications on 1st December directly from Collective. 

If you were previously eligible for Collective, you would not receive any new communications; your membership with the platform will roll over. 

From 1st December the scheme will run on a monthly basis. We are using each calendar month’s shift data.

To be eligible for the £500 Bonus, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • The new Flexer must have met the above sign-up criteria during the promotional period: 15th October 2021 until 24th October 2021 at 23:59 pm (dates inclusive)

October £1500 Bonus

To be eligible for the £1500 Bonus, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Wayfair Warehouse Operative Peak Bonus starting from 19th Sep – 5th Dec

To receive the £100 attendance bonus and additional £1.25 premium on every hour worked, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • The existing Flexer must have completed all shifts from 19th September 2021 to 5th December 2021, including the mandatory scheduled shifts between 26th November 2021 to 3rd December 2021.
  • Participating site: Wayfair Lutterworth.
  •  An additional £1.25 for every hour worked during the peak period will be paid in a lump sum in December. 
  • The Flexer must be employed with Indeed Flex on 5th December to receive £1.25 in a lump sum.
  • The £100 attendance bonus will be paid in a lump sum in December when all shifts have been completed during the peak period.
  •  If a Flexer starts the first shift after 19th September, the £100 attendance bonus will be pro-rated.
  •  Any scheduled PTO or regulatory leave of absence in the peak period will be deducted from the £100. 
  • If a Flexer does not complete all of their scheduled hours in the period described, the £100 lump sum bonus will not be paid except under exceptional circumstances.
  • The bonuses will be subject to tax deductions as applicable.
  • The bonuses will be paid through payroll along with your paycheck on the pay date. 

HGV Driver £500 Referral Bonus

To receive the £500 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • The existing Flexer must have completed at least 1 shift with Indeed Flex prior to sharing their code with a friend.
  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The new Job Seeker must redeem the code before working their first shift.

  • The new Flexer must be verified for the following role on the app: HGV Driver.
  • The verified worker must complete 20 shifts before or by 31st December 2021 (dates inclusive).
  • Workers will be paid the £2000 bonus upon completion of the 20 shifts via payroll on the first Friday of the following month.
    (ie. Workers who have completed 20 shifts in the month of September will be paid the £2000 bonus on the first Friday of October.)
  • If you receive a strike or ban during the incentive period, you will not be eligible for this promotion.

Delivery Driver £1000 Sign-on Bonus

In order to qualify for the Delivery Driver sign-on bonus, you must complete the following number of shifts and meet the below requirements:

  • The £1,000 ‘Friendly Flexer’ sign-on/joining cash bonus is available to any newly verified Flexers between the 8th of September 2021 to 31st December 2021. 
  • The new Flexer must be verified for the following role on the app: Delivery Driver.
  • The verified worker must complete 20 shifts before or by 31st December 2021 (dates inclusive).
  • Workers will be paid the £1000 bonus upon completion of the 20 shifts via payroll on the first Friday of the following month.
    (ie. Workers who have completed 20 shifts in the month of September will be paid the £1000 bonus on the first Friday of October.)
